Pre- K
4-5 years
At Little Leaders Childcare, we believe in nurturing young minds with a balanced approach to learning. Our Pre-K program is designed to foster the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of children aged 4 to 5 years, preparing them for the exciting journey of kindergarten.
**Our Curriculum**
Language Development:
- Engaging storytelling, playful rhymes, and fun language games.
- Introducing Spanish immersion into our lesson plans
- Promoting self-guided reading
- Assigning reading activities to be completed as homework and brought back
Exploratory Science:
- Hands-on experiments and nature discovery.
- Completing STEM activities that are also engaging like building catapults and baking soda volcanoes
Early Mathematics:
- Basic concepts through puzzles, counting activities, and shapes.
- Basic addition, subtraction, and multiplication problems to introduce them to
We are preparing our little ones for a BIG step and we want them to be more than prepared to do so! Our Kindergarten readiness program follows the MSDE standards of education.
School age children (6-12 years)
6+ years
Little Leaders Childcare does support older school age children as we are licensed by the State to care for children up to 12 years old. We offer Before and After Care and Tutoring.
- Extended care options for families needing supervision outside of regular daycare hours
