Little Leaders Childcare Center is a Maryland State Licensed Childcare Center that proudly adheres to the highest standards of Early Education and Caregiving. We serve ages 2-12 years old. Little Leaders is a place where education, relationships, and community come together to help children thrive.
Our Programs
Harnessing Creativity
Preschool & Kindergarten Readiness:
2-6 years
Curriculum:
Play-based curriculum to encourage exploration, creativity, and social development. Structured routines to support independence and consistency. Age-appropriate activities focusing on language development, fine motor skills, and social interactions. Introduction to early concepts such as colors, shapes, and numbers through fun and engaging experiences.
Introduction to basic concepts through hands-on experiences and group projects.
Engaging storytelling, playful rhymes, and fun language games. Introducing Spanish immersion into our lesson plans.
School-Age Enrichment
6-12 years
Curriculum:
Little Leaders Childcare does support older school age children as we are licensed by the State to care for children up to 12 years old. We offer Before and After Care and Tutoring.
- Extended care options for families needing supervision outside of regular daycare hours. Structured activities and free play to keep children engaged and entertained as well as homework help and tutoring.

Little Leaders offers a safe space for children to establish and develop the leadership qualities that will allow them to seamlessly transition into the next phases of their lives. We provide a stimulating environment that focuses on individualized learning and is flexible to the needs of busy working families.
